We ship with multiple couriers depending on where the customer is located. We use YunExpress, SDH, CNE, WanbExpress, SYB Express and YanWen Express.
We work with stores doing a minimum of $10,000 USD per month. This minimum is likely to increase soon.
We use Dianxiaomi to automatically connect to your Shopify or WooCommerce store. This allows ScaleShip to view your order information and source the correct items directly to our warehouse.
It depends on a few factors. Whether you are disconnecting a previous supplier, what branded packaging you want, and how quickly we get store access. Usually a few days to be fully up and running.
Our warehouse is based in Ningbo, China, just a 2 hour drive from Shanghai. Ningbo is one of the largest shipping hubs in the world, giving us fast and reliable access to global couriers and competitive shipping rates.
Every time a new product arrives at our warehouse we carry out a full inspection before anything gets shipped. You receive a report via the ScaleShip bot with photos of the item, a quality rating, and sizing mapped to US and EU standards. This way you know exactly what is going out to your customers before a single order leaves our warehouse.
We randomly pull orders and run them through the same product inspection report process. If something does not meet our standard we flag it to you immediately and switch to a better supplier. You are always kept in the loop.
